Scolio-Pilates® is a three-dimensional exercise program for scoliosis. The program, created by Karena Thek, is designed to elongate the spine towards neutral with strengthening techniques to support the spine in its new alignment.
Nancy Reilly has been an authorized Scolio-Pilates® Practitioner since September 2013. She provides personalized Scolio-Pilates® training sessions in person (and now via Skype) and also leads group classes for Scolio-Pilates®.
